These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lantern Archive website and your participation in our Evening Sort Session, Keeping Track Information Class, and Family Legacy Archive Setup services (together, the "Services"), offered by Lantern Archive ("we," "us," "our"), located at 43 Rama IV Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. By booking or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Service" means any of the document-organizing or educational offerings described on our website. "User" or "you" means any individual who visits our website or books a Service. "We," "us," or "our" means Lantern Archive. "Content" means text, images, or materials provided through our website or sessions. "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, attending a class, or submitting our contact form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Service Description

We provide general information sessions and practical, clerical support for organizing personal documents. Our Services are currently available to individuals and households within the Bangkok metropolitan area, subject to scheduling availability.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information when booking, to treat our facilitators respectfully during sessions, and to make your own independent decisions regarding your documents. You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use our Services for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and printed handbooks provided during our Keeping Track Information Class, remains the property of Lantern Archive. You may use printed materials for personal reference but may not reproduce or distribute them commercially without our written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Service pricing is displayed in Thai Baht (฿) on our website: Evening Sort Session ฿3,900, Keeping Track Information Class ฿14,800, and Family Legacy Archive Setup ฿28,000. Payment arrangements are confirmed at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible; refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Our Services are organizational and educational only. We do not provide financial, legal, or medical advice, and any general information shared during the Keeping Track Information Class should not be treated as a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. The scope of the Family Legacy Archive Setup is agreed with each household prior to the first session and may be adjusted by mutual agreement as work progresses.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a session, class, or archive setup. All decisions about your documents remain your own responsibility, and we encourage you to consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Lantern Archive's liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Lantern Archive against claims arising from your misuse of our Services or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may end a scheduled Service by providing reasonable notice. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of any individual Service arrangement.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties; if unresolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Lantern Archive regarding our Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right in the future.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
